The results are in for TV.com‘s Best of 2011 awards, and just as we predicted, Castle and Molly Quinn squashed the competition.
Thanks to all your hard work over the holiday weekend (read: voting, refreshing, and voting again), Castle maintained its lead over Criminal Minds and won by an 8 percent margin in the Best Crime Procedural category.
Red-haired cutie Alexis Castle (played by the fabulously adorkable Molly Quinn) finished with a 5 percent lead over Arya Stark from Games of Thrones for Favorite Kid Character.
Congratulations to Molly and the entire Castle crew for yet another online accolade. And congrats to all of you in the Castle fandom for making it happen!

Castle
Castle‘s resident red-head Molly Quinn is finally back on the West Coast after fun-filled family ski trip to Deer Valley, Utah.
“Dear Los Angeles, it is so good to be back in your 80 degree embrace!” she recently tweeted. But don’t expect to find the 18-year-old actress lounging poolside with a virgin piña colada in hand …
Vacation is officially over for Molls. Not only will she be returning to the Castle soundstage to film upcoming episodes of the ABC hit show, but she’ll also be working on a new film entitled Black Forest: Hansel and Gretel & the 420 Witch.
According to IMDb, the movie is a retelling of the classic Brothers Grimm fairytale, but instead of sugar-coated candy, the witch uses marijuana-laced brownies (hence the 420 reference in the title) to lure the unsuspecting children into her home.
It’s kind of hard to picture good girl Molly Quinn falling for that trick, but with her superior acting skills we have no doubt she’ll make a convincing modern-day Gretel.
For more on this creeptastic retelling of Hansel and Gretel, check out the film’s official Facebook page here.
